2023 Rosé

Wine Lore: Rosé is fun to produce and can be made from virtually any red wine grape. The flavor of each variety’s fruit character shines through after only a few hours of soaking on the skins. Rosé

is then made like a white wine sometimes harvested early for extra tang of acid then typically held in cold stainless steel tanks over winter, bottled in the spring, and then ready to enjoy during the heat of the long summer days!  Cheers!
