2019 Monocline

Wine Lore:  A Monocline is a wrinkle in the landscape that uplifts a hill with a gentle smooth slope on one side and a rough steep slope on the other. This wine was made by combining monocline-grown Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah grapes upon their arrival and fermenting them together, a process known as co-fermentation. This classic blend of two bold wine grapes and two monocline growing regions is united from the very beginning to a superb finish. Cheers!
